CRED App Heuristic Evaluation

This project is a detailed heuristic evaluation of the CRED app, a leading Indian fintech platform. Using Nielsen's 10 usability principles as the framework, I analyzed four key user flows — paying credit card bills, making UPI payments, checking credit scores, and redeeming rewards. The goal was to uncover usability challenges, validate effective design decisions, and propose actionable recommendations that could improve task efficiency, reduce friction, and enhance overall user trust.
